Referral Program Terms

Effective Date: April 22, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 22, 2026

These Referral Program Terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and govern your participation in the eyegenerate two-level referral commission program.

Referral Program Overview

The eyegenerate Referral Program allows active subscribers to earn ongoing commissions by successfully referring new paying members. The program uses a two-tier structure: you earn a commission on members you refer directly (Tier 1), and an additional commission when those members refer more members (Tier 2).

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be an active eyegenerate subscriber, remain in good standing with no outstanding fraud holds or compliance issues, be at least 18 years old, and provide a valid payout wallet address. Participation may be revoked for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

2. Two-Level Commission Structure

TierRate
Tier 1 — Direct referrals40% of base plan price per billing cycle
Tier 2 — Referrals of your referrals20% of base plan price per billing cycle

Commission is calculated on the base subscription price only, excluding taxes, optional add-ons, and one-time charges. Platform fees are not deducted from the base for commission purposes.

Plan-cap rule: the 40% and 20% rates apply to the referred member’s active subscription base price, but the payable base is capped at your own active paid or complimentary plan tier. For example, a Creator earner does not receive Studio-level commission amounts unless that earner is also active on Studio.

3. Maximum Commission Amounts by Plan

PlanPriceTier 1 (40%)Tier 2 (20%)
Creator$99.95$39.98$19.99
Professional$199.95$79.98$39.99
Studio$499.00$199.60$99.80

The table above shows the maximum monthly commission amounts per referred subscription when your own active plan tier is equal to or higher than the referred member’s plan. If your plan tier is lower, your payout is capped to your own active plan tier. Commissions recur each billing cycle while the referred member remains a paying subscriber and your own subscription or complimentary access remains active. Tier 1 and Tier 2 counts are independent.

4. Referral Attribution

A referral is attributed to you when a new user registers using your unique referral code, or submits an invite request linked to that code, their account is approved, and they complete their first successful subscription payment. If no sponsor code is supplied on the invite-request path, eyegenerate may attach the platform owner’s fallback referral attribution. Referral attribution cannot be transferred or reassigned.

5. Hold Period

Commissions are credited to your pending balance upon successful payment confirmation. Funds enter the available balance after a hold period of up to 7 days. During that hold period, commissions may be reversed if a payment is reversed or a dispute is filed. eyegenerate may extend hold periods while investigating fraud or compliance issues.

6. Commission Reversals and Clawbacks

Commissions may be reversed if the underlying subscription payment is charged back, disputed, or refunded; if the referred member’s account is terminated for fraud; or if the commission was generated through a violation of these Terms. Reversed commissions create a negative ledger adjustment against your available or future balance. You may be required to return commissions already withdrawn that are later reversed.

7. Withdrawals

You may withdraw available commission earnings at any time, subject to a minimum balance of $15.00 USDC. Withdrawals are denominated in USDC and subject to a $1.00 flat fee plus network transaction fees. Fees are disclosed when you initiate a withdrawal. Changing your payout wallet address triggers a 14-day security cooldown during which withdrawals are paused.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on referral commissions in your jurisdiction. eyegenerate may issue tax forms where required by law and will request tax identification information when necessary. eyegenerate may withhold payments until required tax documentation is provided.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • ·Referring yourself via duplicate accounts or alias emails
  • ·Incentivizing others to register solely for commission manipulation
  • ·Spam or deceptive marketing of referral codes
  • ·Automated traffic, bots, or fraudulent account creation
  • ·Providing false information to obtain commissions
  • ·Any conduct that artificially inflates referral counts or commission earnings

Violations result in immediate program termination, forfeiture of pending and available commissions, and possible legal action.

10. FTC / ASA Disclosure Requirements

If you publicly promote eyegenerate (social media, video, articles, and similar channels) with your referral code, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission for referrals, as required by applicable advertising and endorsement rules such as US FTC guidelines, UK ASA rules, and equivalent standards. Failure to comply violates these Terms.

11. Program Changes and Termination

eyegenerate may modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Material changes to commission rates will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Program discontinuation will be communicated with at least 60 days’ notice. Shorter timelines may apply when required by law, to address fraud, or in response to regulatory action. Commissions already in the available balance at termination remain withdrawable for 90 days afterward.
