These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using eyegenerate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Overview

eyegenerate is an invite-only, premium AI generation platform that allows members to create AI-generated images and videos, build a public creator profile, and earn crypto commissions through our referral program. The Platform is operated under the banner of rogeriogt.com..

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. The Platform serves adults exclusively. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18.

1.2 Invite-Only Access

Access requires either a valid invite code provided by an existing member, or submission of a registration request for admin review. Submission does not guarantee access. eyegenerate reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts, using false identities, or transferring accounts is prohibited.

2. Accounts and Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to maintain its accuracy throughout your use. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@eyegenerate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

eyegenerate may require identity verification at any time for fraud prevention, payout eligibility, or legal compliance.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Plans

3.2 Crypto Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our third-party processor. Supported assets at launch: USDC, USDT, PYUSD, BTC, LTC. Prices are quoted in USD and converted at checkout. eyegenerate absorbs the base processing fee; you bear network fees.

3.3 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at eyegenerate's sole discretion for billing errors. Subscription fees are not prorated.

4. Credits

You maintain two credit buckets: Subscription Credits (allocated monthly, expire at end of cycle, no rollover) and Purchased Credits (purchased separately, roll over for up to 12 months of no use). Subscription credits are consumed first. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

5. AI Generation Service

The Platform provides AI-powered image and video generation. Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of generated outputs from your inputs to the extent legally permissible. Generated outputs are provided “as is” — we make no warranty regarding quality or fitness for any purpose. You may optionally use your own AI provider API key (BYOK); in that case, generation is billed to your key directly.

6. Content Policy

6.1 Ratings

Generated content is rated PG, PG-13, R, X, or XXX. Higher-rated content is hidden by default and requires explicit opt-in in account settings. The public-facing gallery displays only PG and PG-13 content.

6.2 Zero-Tolerance: CSAM

Content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Detection results in immediate account closure, reporting to law enforcement, and referral to NCMEC or equivalent authority.

6.3 Other Prohibited Content

Content that depicts non-consensual acts approvingly, constitutes illegal hate speech, defames real individuals, infringes third-party intellectual property, or is otherwise unlawful is prohibited. eyegenerate reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to provide false information; reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform without consent; share credentials; bypass security or content controls; engage in fraud, market manipulation, or referral abuse; create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Referral Program

Referral commissions are earned through a two-level system. Your participation is governed by the Referral Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points: commissions are based on base plan price only; they are subject to a hold period; and they may be reversed for refunded or fraudulent payments.

9. Earnings Wallet and Withdrawals

Your earnings wallet is an internal accounting record, not a custodial blockchain wallet. Withdrawals require active account status, at least $15.00 USDC available balance, a verified payout wallet, and no active fraud holds. Withdrawals are subject to a $1.00 fee plus network costs. Payout wallet changes trigger a 14-day cooldown. eyegenerate may reserve funds connected to open disputes, fraud investigations, or legal and regulatory holds.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

eyegenerate may restrict, suspend, or permanently close your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, active subscriptions terminate immediately, unused credits are forfeited, and commission earnings are subject to review. eyegenerate may retain funds to cover chargebacks, damages, penalties, or legal obligations as permitted by law and these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Platform software, trademarks, and designs are owned by or licensed to eyegenerate. By submitting content, you grant eyegenerate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it for Platform operation. DMCA notices: dmca@eyegenerate.com..

12. Privacy

Your use is subject to the eyegenerate Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eyegenerate's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. eyegenerate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Changes to These Terms

eyegenerate may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
